David is an author, philosopher, and attorney whose recent research focuses on the nexus of science, technology, ethics and public policy. He is currently an Assistant Prof. of Philosophy in the Faculty of Technology, Policy, and Management at the Technology University of Delft, Netherlands, and a Senior Fellow at the 3TU Centre for Ethics and Technology. His forthcoming book Who Owns You? on the ethics of patenting genes will be published by Wiley-Blackwell.
