Didier Sicard

Didier Sicard is Professor of medicine at the university of Paris V, Head consultant of internal medicine at the Hôpital Cochin in Paris, President of the French Commission on art and aesthetics for the public health service in Paris hospitals, and President of the French national consulting committee on ethics. His books include: Au nom de Marx et de Bouddha (with Marie-Noel Sicard) (1981), L'approche clinique (1987), Hippocrate et le scanner (1999), and, recently, La médecine sans corps (2002).
