Nicolas J. Bullot has recently otained a PhD thesis on the perception of objects. He pursued his doctoral research at the Institut Jean Nicod (EHESS, ENS, CNRS), at the Laboratoire de la Physiologie de la Perception et de l’Action (Collège de France, CNRS) and was awarded a Fulbright grant for the year 2002-2003 to study at the Rutgers Center for Cognitive Science (Rutgers University, USA, NJ) with Professor Zenon Pylyshyn. In these institutions, he has participated in several interdisciplinary programs involving philosophy, psychology and cognitive neuroscience. He currently works as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the Philosophy of Psychology at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).
